Excellent......had no problem removing the old one and putting on the new one. I also have to thank you for giving me the extra 'Griz" decal, also. I cannot believe I left Alaska 23 years ago and how I wish I could have stayed. Been in Florida now for 15 years and still have not thawed out from my 8 years on the North Slope......Nate
